Return Policy for JoyDion

At JoyDion, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help!

Eligibility:

JoyDion reserves the right to not accept any return requests which do not meet our standard return policy.
  • Items must be returned within 20 days upon receiving product.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • Please note items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

    Non-returnable Items:

    • All undergarments: Bras, Panties, Bikinis (due to hygiene reasons)
    • All socks
    • All custom-made or personalised items.
    • Free gifts are not eligible for exchange/returns. Any product received as Free Gift is not applicable for Cash Refund/Voucher/Exchange.

    Exchange Policy:

    • Exchanges are only available for size and/or colour of the same style.
    • Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed.
    • Applicable for return and exchange in the event of “Size Does Not Fit” or "Colour Not As Expected".
    • Please do not discard any packaging material and ensure everything is returned in the same condition as you’ve received it.
    • Return products must not be soiled, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear.
    • If the preferred size is out of stock, customers may choose to exchange for another colour (subject to stock availability) or opt for a return and refund.

      Return Process:

      1. Please use the returns portal HERE or drop an email to joydionofficial@joydion.com with order number to start a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
      2. Provide your order number, email address, reason for return, and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
      3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags.
      4. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
      5. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
      6. If the return is approved, we will process the return within 7-14 days upon receiving returned items, the cost of sending the exchange order to the customer will be covered by JoyDion
      7. In the case of approved refund, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-14 days.

      Important Information

      In order to protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we refuse to accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:

      • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage/any domesticated animal.)
      • Products showing damage (Torn/Stain/Wrinkle) or Smell (Cigarette/Perfume).
      • Products showing excessive wear and tear. Return products must not be soiled, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear.
      • Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.
      • Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced/removed or the product has been washed.
      • Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.
      • Products that have been soiled or contaminated.
      • Products that are found to be non-in accordance to JoyDion Return/Exchange/Refund policy but yet are posted to Warehouse/Premise/Return Center shall not be entitled for Return to customer unless cost is borne by customer.

      Refund Details:

      • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
      • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where an error occurred on our part.
      • Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

      Damaged or Defective Items:

      • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us joydionofficial@joydion.com immediately for assistance. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
